if you go back and watch last nights game, i think you'll see a really talented but disorganized SC team on the ropes, and a really good (by Vandy standards) Vandy team panic in big situations.
Vandy had sooo many chances to take advantage of a sinking SC ship, but Franklin didn't have the composure to put them away. That's what makes Saban such a tough out at Bama. He has ice water in his veins and when he has a team floundering- he is ruthless in his ability to guide his teams to the knockout.
Franklin will (at least he should) be kicking himself for awful clock management on the last drive before the half, and Rodgers couldn't keep his cool and throw the ball away when he needed to. He took way too many sacks for big yardage and his INT was terrible.
forget the interference call- Vandy threw away plenty of chances to win, well before that play.

had the QB roll out to the right with an option to go to a receiver at the goaline and one at the back corner, if neither was there, throw it away and take the 3. Possibly could have affected the outcome?

beginning of the 2nd half. it looked like shaw was out at that point, so he went conservative. I think he should have taken advantage of the situation and thrown the ball
