CJ can’t get an elite back because our offensive “scheme” does not take advantage of the run and is erratic.

True. We don’t have an offensive identity. We don’t excel at running the ball or throwing the ball. Gotta decide who you are and be it.

Our problem is more coaching and development

We are never going to be a consistently top-five recruiting program, no matter what.

That’s actually an even bigger argument for us using the portal for kids that we heavily recruited, but went somewhere else and within 12 to 24 months they’re ready to leave. Those guys should be slam dunks for us!
