The Tigers finally got the chance...

to makeup for Bowl losses to LSU,Colorado,Pittsburgh and Syracuse so now they can finally have that opportunity against the Cal Berkeley Golden Bears.Can't wait to see a Clemson win in the near future to rid that bad memory from the 1991 Citrus Bowl.

Yeah but we ruined our Peach Bowl romp over Tennessee and Gator Bowl stomp of WVU.

Clemson doesn't care about basketball....as evidenced by Brown-L getting 14 years.

I had heard that there were 3 people hanging onto the 1991 Citrus Bowl. Now that I have found one, I need to find the other two. Alas my quest continues.

I went to that Bowl game and let me say that it was one miserable asz day...so before Clemson heads off to another conference in the hopefully near future,I would like to see a dominating win like more than the 37-13 loss that day way back in 1991

except at the pep rally the night before the game when Ed McDaniel used some bad words in a speech and a Clemson rep had to apologize afterwards. Hatfield suspended him for the 1st quarter lol.

That game felt like the turning point being 2 seasons after the Danny era and falling short of the 10th win after 4 straight and getting dominated like that. I liked Hatfield as a person, but he took the job without even visiting and never seemed to connect or establish recruiting.
