being as AAU member is negative factor in The Big Ten wanting the Tigers. Does anyone know the status of our university's application to join AAU accreditation? Is there anything preventing us from making such effort? If Miami and USF were just accepted it can't be that hard. What are your thoughts? It Gauls me to think in a few years under the existing contracts, that teams like Rutgers and other crappy teams in the Big Ten will be getting twice the TV revenue as Clemson.

This is 100% correct. The B1G values AUU accreditation, but it is not a deal breaker. Its been said, i believe, by Warren and by the new commissioner. I know in the past it was an issue. But those days are long gone
