the ESPN article on the first page claims help is on the way. I HOPE SO!! I know very little about Bryant but from what I hear, I'm glad he's a Tiger.
However, We desperately need a Sammy Watkins. At the receiver position, I've never seen anyone come in as a freshman and contribute like Sammy did. Heck, really at any position. Maybe Trevor at QB would be the only other one I can think of. Sammy was a total game changer. He could do it all and had a second gear that almost no one could catch. He literally won the Ohio State Orange Bowl by himself.
WE NEED ANOTHER SAMMY WATKINS! Is Wesco that good?

If you have a decent memory, Nuke was an awesome WR without great speed, so I'll be happy with a Nuke or Sammy like WR with great hand and could run routes and get separation when it counted!!!

All very nice. But, in college he will be going against guys who are bigger, stronger, and faster than the high school players he's now up against. Reminds me of the Bresee high school highlights, where he was just running over guys. Not so much in college. It's always a wait and see with our recruits, especially in the last 3-4 years.

Sammy was just a beast from day one. I will never forget the Maryland game where he took over the game. They kept kicking to him.

Bryant Wesco appears to be really good, but so does TJ Moore the 4* from Tampa. Has offers from most of the same schools as Wesco but also has an offer from Ohio State. Cannot stand the Buckeyes but they definitely recruit outstanding receivers and they saw something in Moore.

Fwiw, his available film looks as good as Wesco's, the most important thing currently is holding them and the rest of the class—

It is clear this highlight video has been sped up to make him look faster. Not doubting his abilities but it scares me when you see highlight videos doctored that way.
