A team should not be allowed to fumble around with the ball after the other team effectively played for a 2 for 1 possession at the end of the first half and scored. Houston just did that and didn’t throw the ball inbounds until less than 30 seconds were left

They have 5 seconds to inbound the ball; I assume the refs held em to that.
