I'm not a fan.

I like how the helmets looked in the GT game ... uncluttered.

Yes…. Like old days when the paint on opponent’s helmets would streak the orange paint. Jawja game, red streaks, USuCk game, white streaks and blue streaks at UNC games.

You have to earn those. Every week players get absolutely pumped to clutter as many as you can on there. When an opponent sees the player whose helmet is covered with those, they think…”well……. He’s definitely gonna be a problem…”

Except the bucknuts, for some reason every player on their team gets a ton of them.

You get them for things like:

High film grade
Overall offensive goals
X amount of tackles
Tackles for loss
Pancake blocks
Turnovers
Offensive play over 20 yds
TDs

Etc.
