Light a fire under the coaches and players

Send the team into a tailspin and struggle to win against the remaining teams on the schedule.

Before 2021, I'd tell you straight up that it would light a fire, but I'm not quite sure that's even the answer right now. You can be as fired up as you can be, but play calling and player execution is what matters. Haven't seen much good of both this year.

Every game will be a struggle until DJ leaves or they switch the entire offense up.

I can almost certainly tell you that Streeter and Goodwin won't change a thing. They have no idea what they're doing out there. DJ is Charmin soft and he's had two years to improve his skills on the field and as a leader and it just isn't going to happen.

Hopefully it sends a message to Dabo that he made some very poor decisions in hiring his current staff as well as keeping DJ as the starter. We'll see. I doubt anything changes before bowl season starts.

Wish I thought it would light a fire but I don’t see a spark or fire from any of the coaches or players. Maybe Shipley. The rest from top to bottom seem to not really care. Need leadership at some key spots. On sidelines and the field.
