I'm somewhat pissedoff and somewhat laughing at the same time.

Context: I text my customer to talk real quick. IMMEDIATELY after, I get a phone call from a TN number. Thinking it was him, I answered.

Nope, some lady offering to buy my house.

I said, sure $2M. Cash.

Has anything been done to your property? Nope

Have you gotten any other offers? Yes, $1.8M

Ok, let me talk to my manager and I will be in touch.

we will put a price tag out there that if somebody is willing to pay that, I'll go rent me a place on Black River for a couple of years until the market cools off and then buy another house.
