I have no provenance. I bought it from a dealer in Austria.

And there is no doubt about the authenticity for me. Otherwise, I wouldn't have purchased it. I also have 2 Riggs letters and numerous Coach Frank Howard sigs.

After speaking with them, I emailed photos. No reply since then. They have the only letters I know of except one (besides mine). The other was some sort of loan document.
