So Bakich said on plyler show are guys can’t wear face coverings or toboggans or beanies as some might call it…um if I’m on the pine I doubt there is a heater so heck yeah I’m wearing layers and something to keep my ears and head warm

That part. He’s teaching them to take pride in their appearance. He also teaching them discipline which is in short supply with todays instant gratification generations. I definitely have no problems with his methods or results! #2 baseball ranking is exactly where we belong! I expected no less!
