But it needs a jolt.

Its really difficult to ask players to score "over the top" of set defenses. PJ Hall is probably gonna get a lot of consideration for All American, but asking him post up and finish over Armando Bacot 12 or 13 times is tough.

Joe Girard is one of the best shooters in America, it shouldn't be so hard for him to get free for open looks.

The onus is on Brownell to freshen up his approach. The team needs to generate more open looks.
