Last year, he was better than both Capehart and Page.

Capehart and Page have improved much since last year.

Therefore, I’m guessing that T.Williams in 2023 would be a co-second string DT along with Capehart and Page.

Ruke, T.Davis, and Woods would still be co-starters at DT.

With Woods probably being unavailable for ND game, I’m guessing the following DT rotation for ND:

First string: Ruke and TD
Second string: Page and Capehart
Third string (with more snaps than the usual 3rd string DT): T.Williams

This is a very high quality DT rotation.
