Todd Ellis

One of my coot friends sent me the attached pic of the ###### bag Todd Ellis. Apparently Ellis said this is what SC fans have to look forward to in DV this year.
For a guy that went 1-2-1 against us, he sure is mouthy these days isn't he? I guess he thinks SCs streak gives him the right to release some of the pent up frustration he must feel over his career being such a bust.
On second thought, Todd could be saying how many INTs Dylan Thompson would have to throw in a game to beat his record of 5 against VT in 1988.

situation. Coots have over a century of frustration, so it's not a surprise they have used the recent wins against us as that pressure release valve. Frankly, I think it says a lot more about their history than it does anything about us. When we start a streak this fall it will just be getting back to business as usual.

You’re exactly right Spiller..Multiple year winning streaks are a dime a dozen for us, but we’ve not won 5 in a row in quite a while. I have a feeling when we get back to our normal cycle of winning 3, losing 1, winning 4, losing 1, winning 3, losing 1, winning 4 again SC fans will throw up some lame excuse like , “Well you still haven’t beat us 5 in a row like we did to ya’ll”.

Touchdown Chad Jasmin . Touchdown Clemson.
63-17 wouldn't be as sweet without his commentary which muttered along like a stubborn mule after Charlie threw the 3rd first quarter TD pass down the middle of the field.
^^^THIS.^^^
On another note, does anybody else find Ellis to be pretty good on the radio?

Uproar84,
Ellis is absolutely HORRIBLE on radio…Even coots I know think so...I picture either drunken frat-boy or WWF wrestler when he’s in the booth.

Ok. Maybe I just have a soft spot for him because of 63-17.

I thought he was indicating how many people he scammed over the weekend with his BurnLounge Pyramid Scheme.

The question I now ask myself about that game is if we knew then what we know now would we have pulled our starters in the third quarter?
There’s no doubt in my mind we could’ve scored at least a 100 that night had we left Charlie & Co in the whole time. If we would’ve done that SC fans wouldn’t dare mention the 70 points WVU put up on us a couple years ago.

He was actually 1-1-1 against Clemson as a starter. He was injured in 1989.

If he was on the team, he lost. Besides, we won 45-0 that year. Had Mr Interception played it would have made little difference and perhaps would have been worse. The guy sucked then and still does.

Another good times Todd Ellis memory , albeit more recent one is the show where Spurrier is polluted and leaning and swaying all over the place and Toddy looks like he is simultaneously receiving a rectal exam . I suppose its his fault though , he knew Otis was 3 sheets during the read-thru. Sometimes you have to speak up , Toddrick.
