that is five more months. Many good players will enter the portal when 2022 rosters start to shake out. For example, Alabama signs almost half of the 5 star recruits each year and they are way over the 85 scholarship limit. Bama site said that 9-12 transfers will be necessary to reach that limit. They currently are planned to have 18 linebackers alone for 2022 lol. These will be mostly 4-5 star talents that for whatever reason didn't make the two deep at Bama, etc. Multiply this over the power 5 and there is going to be a lot of players entering the portal where Clemson could strategically take advantage. I would think that Clemson would be a highly sought after destination for players in the portal. This is the new age of college football so will be interesting to see how this plays out over the next 5 months, which used to be rather boring waiting for Spring practice but now I think you will see a lot more transfer news.
