Go see dad in the hospital, yell at nurses to do their job. Check mom's water and buy her groceries. Let wife sleep in because she had another horrible 25-hour work week, change at least a half-dozen diapers, go to the grocery store, take oldest to cub scouts, catch up on that work I will invariably not finish, cook breakfast, lunch and dinner and whatever else needs cooking that isn't steak but chicken or whatever I don't like, clean out the garage, empty the dish washer, take out trash, fix lunch Sunday night for Monday morning.

Oh, and sleep. Eat whenever possible.

Rinse and repeat.
