In watching the last week and a half, it seems that taunting may be a new emphasis for refs this year. I've (anecdotally) noticed it called more than in the past.

Not so sure about that after what I saw in Auburn game today. T. Phommachahn threw a Pick 6 and Allbarn defender did a flip into the endzone then spiked the ball. I screamed "Flag, Flag!", and refs just ignored it. It was blatant unsportsmanlike and then to see this called on UNC 81 when it was barely anything, gotta wonder about SEC bias.

But the taunting I've seen called seems to be directed at palys where a player stand over or gestures towards an opposing player. Not so much the celebration unsportsmanlike penalties that (thankfully) have been called less and less over the past few years.
