Unwarranted reactions to Bball and Fball teams

In Fball, something goes wrong in a game, we have a season when we ONLY win 11 games and people question everything about the program, and some comments go so far as to suggest Dabo has been left behind. We are a football powerhouse. We will not will all games every year, and will lose some we shouldn’t. But we still are a powerhouse and the envy of much of the college football world.

In bball, we string a few wins together occasionally during an era of a basketball drought and we feel we were robbed for not making the tournament. We ARE NOT a basketball powerhouse. And…despite some decent wins this year, we did not deserve to make the tournament. Any argument that we should was obliterated last night. On to football - where we should focus on.

However, nobody needs to be a basketball powerhouse to find a way to beat Morehead State in the first round of the NIT on your home court.

Clemson is in need of higher expectations for the basketball program. As the old southern saying goes, "Can't never could do nothing."
