Updated Mel Kiper draft rankings for Clemson prospects

In ESPN NFL draft analyst Mel Kiper Jr.'s updated rankings, Jeremiah Trotter Jr. moved up to the No. 2 off-ball linebacker (to Texas A&M's Edgerrin Cooper).

Nate Wiggins is the top Clemson prospect at No. 21 overall and the No. 3 cornerback.

Barrett Carter is listed as the No. 6 outside linebacker.

The win. It was a great image seeing him laying there in the end zone knowing he had come through the adversity to help his team. Literally left it all out on the field.

Without being a hater), let’s recognize that Kiper has Shedeur Sanders rated as the #5 pick overall. So neon has had a first round QB that he literally created for the last 3 years, 2 of which he beat up on FCS competition, and we’re to believe it’s his coaching method that made him successful? Curious to see how much success he has when his sons are through playing. I imagine it’ll be similar to Va Tech’s decline when they ran out of Fuller brothers.

According to Bleacher Report - Kiper has a five-year average mock draft score of 42, placing him fifth overall. Despite his success with the mock draft, Kiper typically struggles to predict the top 100. He correctly predicted just 77 of this year's top 100 picks, and his five-year average of 77.8 ranks 20th out of 26 analysts. Oct 21, 2023

He changes his predictions right before the draft and after the nfl has a look and speaks too.

We’d all do pretty good the day before the draft!
