Any list of who is to blame that does not include Sankey, his predecessor and the SEC is not a complete list. Does the SEC own US Today as well as ESPN?

Starting the list with a S. Ct. opinion is silly. Sure, it opened the door to the schools and conferences controlling their TV rights, but on the whole that has been better for the schools and conferences than the NCAA controlling those rights.
