Kentucky's big run all the way down to our 24 Yard Line. We were teetering on the edge at that point; the penalty took the ball from our 24 back to the UK 29 Yard Line. UK ended up punting to us and we took it down and scored a TD.

They totally missed the OPI on that long TD.... dude just ran into our guy as if blocking him then continued down the field for the catch.

I've seen the holding of the collar called as facemasking, if not dragged to the ground aka horsecollar.
