How many Clemson cups do you currently have in your house from games and from which games? I have three. Two from Saturday and one from 5 years ago.

Too expensive for a new model. Not to mention the loss I take getting rid of the previous model. Not to mention it drops in value to moment you take it off the lot

to be called a Coot, don't you? "Washing dishes this afternoon..."
Seriously, we just threw out probably 30 of them accumulated from 35+ years of Clemson games.

Well definately not a coot, but my wife works 12 hour nights. I work days and am off this week. So I am washing the dishes, taking care of my daughter, and cleaning house this week since I've barely been home during football season.

I'm sure we have well over 50 plus! I carry one every morning with my water. I've got them going back to the '90s! Good for you for washing dishes. I still wash some of mine too...I've got a good job but I'm not too proud to wash a dish or two. ??????

Been doing the same this week. My wife had hernia surgery yesterday so I'm getting practiced up on all sorts of cleaning and dishwashing. Makes me appreciate that woman a lot more when I gotta do it all. She does tons for me and my two boys. No shame in a little cleaning.

Protip: go to fan day and they sell a dozen cups for 2 bucks. I got two sleeves for the dorm. Stupid cheap.

Yup. At least it happened this fall. Maybe they just had lots left over. Great way to stock up on Clemson cups for pocket change. The big ones too!

Speaking of that, is it just me or do the cups seem thinner than a few years ago.

It depends on the ones you get

I always go for the big ones and they seem just as thick. I have collected at least one every year since graduating (2010) and don't see a difference between the thicknesses, but I've never really checked. It is a little thinner at the very bottom and if you hold them up to the light, they're partially transparent. Other than that, I think it's about the same. I will check when I'm getting ready to do my next thing of dishes (wife left me last month, so I'm having to do the dishes myself as well).

I'm elated

She was an abusive woman who I gave some of my best years to and I didn't realize just how abusive she was until she was gone. I'm happy and so are all of my friends and relatives. I've been getting more congratulations than condolences. This is actually the reason I've been posting on here a lot more recently. It also freed up one of my season tickets to take my siblings, who appreciate me a lot more, to games.

I bet Dabo still washes dishes

Venables too. Not all of the time, of course, but I guarantee you they are more than willing to do the dishes when they have time and want to be a good role model for their kids. (and in Venables' case: when he forgets his wife's birthday). That's just the kind of guys they are; and I don't see them ever changing.
As a 35 yr old new father (as of yesterday), I can honestly say that I look up to these guys. Watching and reading about them on a regular basis really motivates me to want to be a better husband, father, employee, and all-around person.
Keep up the good work, gentlemen. Your passion for motivating young men to become well-rounded individuals is reaching others well beyond those on the football team.
Go Tigers.
ps. I apologize in advance for any logic or grammatical errors found in this post, as I was unable to stay in a holiday inn express last night; and I am currently in the middle of my second night at the hospital with about 3 hours of sleep in the past 48 hours.

...especially during the season. Dabo makes PLENTY of $$$ to have the freaking dishes and most other menial tasks done around the house on a routine basis. Frankly, I don't want him fiddling around with the dishes...it simply isn't efficient use of who he is and what he represents.
