Emotion tied to it... He clearly loves Harbaugh and the entire situation appears to have taken a major toll on everyone there... Add to the odd situation of the staff not knowing until they got to State College.

As much as he has been labeled all kinds of things by those who dislike him, everyone close to him is adamantly defending him.... I've always found Harbaugh a bit dry but maybe it speaks more to who he actually is based on those vouching for him.

People mock Dabo for his emotion as well.

Aww, the consequences of cheating are taking a major toll on the cheaters? Lol. They knew he wasn't coaching, anyone with common sense knew it.

Also, of course everyone is adamantly defending him...he hired them. What do you expect them to do?
