Wccp was talking about committed players taking visits.

Has Dabo's rules changed? This morning on wccp they didn't think Dabo has changed his rules on recruits taking visits. Has anyone seen where Dabo says it is OK for committed recruits to take visits to other schools? I liked it better when Dabo wouldn't accept a commitment from a player unless he was through with his visits to other schools.. Looks like a few committed recruits have said they plan to take other visits. Hope Dabo stops this like before. All he needs to do is pull another scholarship and make believer out of the committed recruits.

Take away the scholarship offer and reject the commitment of arguably the best RB in the nation because he wanted to check out something. I highly doubt it.


The issue is the players are in complete control once they reach the level a Feaster or Mcloud or Cain.

I see you don't post much(2nd one in 4 months) which makes me wonder the legitimacy of your question, but I hope the answer makes sense.

No Dabo has not changed his stance but what's he going to do?

certain players are told if they take other visits, we'll move on-- typically the staff just wants to know ahead of time and for the kid to be honest with the staff-- for guys they can replace with another = recruit, if they've told the kid to shut it down and they don't then they'll just move on to the next guy

Makes me wonder what the coaches reactions were to his visit prior to it and also if they have had any contact with TF since he got back. I'd love to be a fly on that wall. Would be interesting.
