Lack of TV viewers in the ONE sport that matters. They drain $, Clemson brings ratings that more than cover their share of conference revenue. Fox/ESPN will pay pro rata for Clemson, I doubt they provide ANY additional revenue for UVA. See Stanford.

So FSU, Clemson, UNC having landing spots would be my assumption. Notre Dame is not listed either, I think they have a vote as well, but who knows with them.
There should be a 4th team leaving, the conferences won't add in odd numbers.

There is zero guarantee we have a landing spot. We will in the future but I am not convinced we have an invitation to join another conference as of now.

There is no PUBLIC guarantee that we have a landing spot. But neither FSU nor Clemson file suit without a private agreement. That would be stupid.
