All of them lose a part of their buyout when they take another job, but most just can't risk being unemployed for very long with how fast college FB changes!!!

No, we need to sit back and cross our fingers that our Head Coach gets his head out of where ever it is, and fix the problems. His same old cliche ridden post game comments and excuses are not getting the results a good swift kick in the ... would cure.

Giving up your buyout to become a position coach is one heck of a down grade. Not saying he wouldn’t do it but if he didn’t I’d understand why.

We won 2/3 National Championships with a great QB and a mediocre Oline. We won one with a great Oline and a very good QB.

Oregon State, Iowa and Wisconsin all have very good Olines- you can only win so many games with that model.
This year all the teams at the top with the exception of FSU have an elite Oline: Michigan, Ohio State, Washington, Oregon, Georgia. With the exception of Ohio State, all those teams also have an elite QB.
