Great game, no shame in the loss. Love this group.

Something interesting: I believe the announcers said that Memphis (including this win) has won 22 of their last 24 at home. Lone losses were to Tulane and perennial powerhouse HOUSTON.

They play in an NBA arena and get the crowds to fill it. It was their first home game in a month. Obviously it was going to be a tough atmosphere.

I thought we were more likely to lose than win. Close game though. The team can grow from it.

whole game. Don't know if that was post exam fatigue, or what. Memphis really kept us in the game with abysmal outside shooting. We played tough, I take that away as a positive. We got out-subbed and conditioning was a factor at the end. A great effort, and a fantastic college basketball game to watch. Both these teams should make The Big Dance, no shame in losing a close one on their home court.
