All you BB haters that derided the ACC all year in trying to diminish a great year for Clemson Basketball. Now a Final four with SEC teams-ZERO, BIG TEn teams-ZERO, Big 12-ZERO, Pac-12 teams -ZERO ! ACC is left standing in the Power 5 and Miami lost 5 conference games in that pitiful ACC. You folks know NOTHING about BASKETBALL !!

What you folks cannot get in your THICK SKULLS is that it's not Brownells's fault for not making the tournament. We finished 14-6, 23-10, and beat the 2 tems behind us that had the same or overall worse records. NCSU 3 times in blowouts and Pitt on their home court. The selection coommittee ignored COMMON SENSE in favor of Quad BS !! Bunch of MORONS !!

We got beat by Morehead St on our home court. We did not belong in the big tourney. Inexplicable losses often negate or water down great wins.

So in looking at our schedule, it does make sense to say ACC = Miami.

When looking at a conference, you look at quality of the entire conference and the depth. Does the middle and bottom pose a threat to other conferences? Clearly the answer was no.
That is why the ACC was ranked 7th.

Clemson had a Playoff caliber football team for six straight years make the ACC a good football conference? Of course not. No more than Miami getting on a run makes the ACC a good basketball conference this year. We were not. The NCAA could see it for the whole conference, and Morehead State could certainly see it for Clemson in particular.
Using your own logic, if the ACC was a good basketball conference, and Clemson was a good team WITHIN that conference, then whatever conference Morehead State plays in must be a BETTER conference than the ACC. Your argument is so much bilge water, it needs two pumps.
