I WENT INTO A DOCTOR'S OFFICE TODAY (NOT MINE, JUST A RANDOM ONE) AND FOUND THE FIRST NURSE I SAW AND STARTING POKING HER IN THE CHEST ASKING IF SHE'D SEEN JAMES' LATEST VIDEO AND HOW SHE FELT ABOUT HER ROLE IN HELPING PFIZER SPREAD LIES. SHE STARTED CRYING AND I FELT REALLY LIKE A MAN. THE BULGE IN MY PANTS WAS ALMOST VISIBLE. THAT IS UNTIL SOME SNOWFLAKE CALLED THE POLICE AND NOW IF SOMEONE COULD PLEASE CALL MY WIFE AND ASK HER TO CALL MY LAWYER AND HAVE HIM COME DOWN TO THE STATION. I USED MY ONLY PHONE CALL TO TRY TO GET A HOLD OF A GUY I WENT TO PRESCHOOL WITH WHO NOW IS THE PRESIDENT OF THE HOSPITAL SYSTEM IN A DIFFERENT STATE TO SEE IF HE KNOWS THE GUY WHO RUNS THE CLINIC DOWN HERE. IT'S SOME UROLOGY CLINIC WITH THIS OLD GUY WHO KEEPS TALKING ABOUT HOW HIS HOT DOCTOR IS GONNA SUCK OUT HIS KIDNEY STONE SO AT LEAST I WASN'T THE ONLY ONE CAUSING A FUSS. I STILL BLAME THAT NURSE FOR CRYING.

Insurance? Medical enterprises?
Transportation?
Chemical industry?
Energy companies?
Media?
Etc.
Laws and regulations are tools that governments can use to put boundaries on capitalistic enterprises so harm is not done to the general public. What’s interesting is that using laws and regulations is such a political, partisan and selective process. Not surprising again given capitalistic entities have the funds to influence elections.

You're tight as it relates to influence but if you believe amassing more power inyo a more centralized govt us going to see us somehow better off then you've missed your history.
Capitalism may be the ####### child of free enterprise, but if you are going to try to convince me I'd be better off not having a chance at private, personal ownership of as much as I might amass then you've embarked upon a never ending journey.
I can't think of many truly wealthy people I'd want to be like, but every few years a new crop of folks find a way to rise to the top meaning...we each have a shot. I want that shot for me, you, my children and yours. that we might not realize the stratospheric heights some do does not mean the system is a bad one, just means someone else had a good idea at the right time and figured out how to use it. My own efforts see me and mine living really quite comfortably and thus ain't bad. Don't think I'd be saying the same under any other known system.

Multiple things can be true. Capitalism and free enterprise is a good (arguably best) economic system. Some regulation and even taxation are good for society.
Back to my original point; “ better living through chemistry” was a double edge sword. One can substitute technology, medicine, factory farms etc. for chemistry. As science including medicine advances, different benefits and challenges arise. Capitalism and free enterprises often fuels these advances. Multiple motives but not necessarily nefarious.
