I just watched "Pretty in Pink" for no real reason, it was on AMC I think. I just knew I had seen it several times before but surprisingly to myself, had actually never seen it.
It was pretty bad. Not sure why it was as popular as it is. Do not recommend.
But James Spader (he was standout good as the jerk guy)....dang he used to have a spectacular head of hair. Never woulda thought he would have gone bald from seeing the flow he had going in this flick.

Reacher season 2 is out. Fair
The Bob Marley flick wasn't that impressive IMO, but did have decent real throwback footage
We've discussed Roadhouse. Watch at your own risk
Iron Claw was decent, especially if younz likes wrasslin
Oppenheimer was quite good if you ain't seen it
If you want to laugh but almost be sick at society, I invested a couple hours with my brother watching Red, White, and Wasted the other week. Holy crap....

I just didnt get into it. And I have played and loved the games... that may be why I didnt love it... if I was going to spend an hour watching TV, I think I would rather be playing it instead.
I would be interested to see how quickly I pick up on things. For instance,

about 5 seconds into the other vault coming over for the marriage, I paused it and told my wife... I think the other vault was breached and those are not vault dwellers, but raiders. She looked at me like whaddafreak you talkin about. Then, when dudes face was sliced to pieces, wifeof said I am noping on out of here.
Funny thing, she was the one that selected watching it. She just dont do violence... I said, uhhh... this show is pretty much going to be people killing each other trying to survive.
Another thing I would be interested in seeing is how they portray Vault-tec. In the games, they seem like awesome company trying to save people by building the vaults... but then you start learning all the experiments they do on the dwellers in the different vaults. It is humorous...in a sick twisted way.

I thought Fallout series really picked up as it went. Really hit stride about episode 4 if I remember. Some twists and turns that caught me unawares along the way. I love the games, and was very pleased with the series overall.
Visual adaptation 10/10; looks just like the game
Music 9/10; all the good music you remember, though I would have placed the songs in different places
Plot 8/10; enjoyable and surprising, but might have been a bit stronger
Goggins is the star hands down.
I also binged 3-Body Problem. Pretty good, but a little uneven. Some episodes stronger than others. I liked the concept very much, but could have been executed better. 7/10
