The WH collusion (read, get Orange Man, DoJ and FBI and Secret Service) also included an elaborate scheme in which requested documents were provided to NARA in complete cooperation by Trump’s team did not encompass the documents that the FBI had wanted, but twisted their request so as to not actually make a formal request for those ‘additional’ documents. Then, this ‘failure’ of Trump’s team to provide those documents that the FBI had not specifically requested was conflated into a ‘Trump refuses to turn over the documents’ accusation. (This episode did not concern the overall document request; this was an early part of the documents request matter.)
Also, The WH, DoJ, FBI, and Dept of Energy conspired to retroactively (i.e., back-date the effective date for) the removal of Trump’s Q-clearance so that his possession of the confidential documents would have been illegal. (Trump’s Q-clearance had still been in effect as of some date in 2022; this fact made it important to attempt to back-date the cancellation of Trump’s Q-clearance.)
There is a bunch more; this information has come to public light as a result of FL district court’s decision to unredact the DoJ’s discovery materials which Trump’s team had long requested as Brady material so that Trump’s defense could be properly repaired.
No wonder why DoJ has howled and threatened Judge Aileen Cannon to not unredact all of this previously redacted discovery material.
There is a strong chance that, given the blatant illegality of how this case was contrived and orchestrated by a political entity (e.g., the WH) that is not supposed to be intertwined in a judicial / prosecutorial matter, this entire case may be dismissed outright. If this were to happen, then it won’t be an immediate happening. There is a stupendous quantity of evidence (not just the legal documents and the Team Trump communications / e-mails, etc, but also the government communications that are just beginning to be exposed).
This is a real thing unfolding before our eyes.

This one is rapidly being uncovered as a complex conspiracy.
You’ll know that this is so as soon as your favorite MSM propaganda outlets go nuclear about unfounded ‘political bias’ by Judge Aileen Cannon -&- by a complete obfuscation of the facts that point the loaded gun at the government (WH, FBI, DoJ, Secret Service, Dept of Energy, etc).
