He knows absolutely nothing about football, basketball, or baseball ZERO
It’s literally the worst sports talk show I’ve ever heard.
It’s been forever since I listened to him.
Honest question to the Walt listeners or fans - what do you get out of that wasted time?

I honestly wonder how he has sponsors some times. Surely there aren’t many people willing to listen to him blabber on and be constantly wrong? I understand stirring the pot and trolling but he’s just an imbecile with a microphone.

I don’t live in the upstate, I see everyone talk about him all the time. I finally turned on his show one day about 6 months ago and turned it off after 3 minutes… it’s terrible just like everything in the ROAR. Tried the same with Mickey a few years ago and had the same result, dude sounds like he’s eating the entire time he’s talking, it’s horrible.

The ROAR is lucky that they got on their knees first for Clemson University. If they had any real competition they would be gone. Tbe morning rotation of co-hosts is garbage. The mid-day is boring and then you get Walt. He is always right or he cuts you off. His co-host Ramon or whatever her name is, is clueless. I listen to music. I try to tune in occasionally (only during football season) and it's awful!@

Nope! 104.9 (although a USC affiliate) is by far better. It is more professional and has much more noteable host . At least the guys that go head to head with Walt. It's not even close. Those guys have or have had big time gigs. Walt is a minor league host making in a small town with zero competition. He is garbage! The ROAR is only listened to because of it Clemson connection. Outside of tbat it is lime listening to some late night pirate radio station. A joke!!

I still say he was really good about 10 years ago. He had some health problems, and some personal issues, and since then he's been clueless. He used to be very objective about Clemson sports, but then he completely sold out Brad Brownell and just spews nonsense. I stopped listening to his show a while ago.
