Why do you go to college?

Seriously, why do 95% of students go to college? For the experience? To play sports? Because they are a fan of the University or College?
My guess is 95% of kids go to college to learn a skill so they can make money! Bresee, KJ, Simpson, Murphy and others are doing just that. They are going to make life changing money which is the reason you go to school to begin with and sometimes a degree comes with that. I would love for them to return to entertain us, but I cannot be upset with them. These kids accomplished exactly what they went to school for.

If you don't have players good enough to turn pro after 3 years, you don't play and win at a high level........
I am glad we had all of them. I hope they have great NFL careers.

I had never thought about it until now, but there is a double standard.
Player leaves early for draft = “We will miss you but you deserve it! Once a Tiger, always a Tiger!”
Player transfers to another school = “He wasn’t all in! Maybe scared of competition! Good riddance! Next man up!”

Not everyone. Actually, very few say that on T-Net. Just these past few months, I heard a lot of T-Netters wish DJ success, they wished Sergio Allen well wishes, everyone wants Koby Pace to succeed, Lavonta Bentley was shown respect by the fans with his decision and Kevin Swint for the most part was given a respectful send off. Very few seemed upset with these transfers. Most of the posts were wishing them well and success.

and Dabo’s job is to win; not create gentlemen, graduate anyone, get them baptized…just win. We stepped out of the nursery three times this year, and got our pp’s smacked. Not a good year no matter how much glitter you sprinkle on it.
