Why does On3 have a free message board for the coots but not FSU?

I went to On3's Warchant site to see if Nole fans were moaning and groaning about the series, but all the message boards required a paid subscription to even just view it. On3's Gamecock Central has the Fighting Gamecock Forum which is free to view, but probably not to post.

Yeah I don't think FSU has a free sports board period. Warchant used to show certain posts for free but now it's all paid

The coots are the opposite. They have multiple free boards
