Vegas sets the spread based on what makes betting as equal as possible to 50/50 for each team. In a case where you have an extremely high confidence level that other betters and Vegas are wrong on the spread, you should leverage everything you have and go "all in".

Ask fans from other teams what they think of spread. They are not clouded by emotion for either team and most think the spread is about right,

4. They are a touchdown favorite because of a top 5 rated defense, maybe most talented in the nation.

What does Vegas know, that we don't?
A better question is what Vegas knows that we don't want to admit.
We have not been a good team on the road this year
Our QB has been inconsistent + questionable decision making
Our RBs fumble far too often
Our WR room has been decimated with injuries
If we don't turn over the ball and play smart, we will win comfortably but we have not been able to do that on the road this year.

I think us giving seven for this game is about right. We are still a better team and SHOULD win, but what was a chasm between the teams during the end of Muschamp/start of Beamer error [this was supposed to say "era" but I'm leaving the Freudian typo] has narrowed a lot whether we like it or not. If we play our game, we should win by 10 or so as we still have the more complete team, but expecting a result like the beatdowns that have happened the last few trips down there is not reasonable. Rattler is a very good QB who can give them a chance to win if our offense comes out looking like it did early in the season. Mix in how we have played on the road with the stupid turnovers, and the spread makes sense to me.

He may scramble for a first down or two, but if we can minimize an NFL player in Drake Maye, then we can minimize Rattler. Rattler is nowhere near the QB Drake Maye is. We will handle Rattler just fine. Don’t turn it over and we’ll crush these losers.
