Whoever gets the job will be fired in 3-4 years because no one will be able to live up to the expectations. Now, whoever gets the job after that will have a pretty good gig

98% of the recruits who went there under Saban did so because they thought Saban and his staff would develop them better than other staffs would to go to the NFL. If Bama can’t land a coach with a similar reputation then they will recede to the middle of the SEC until whoever takes the job proves he can develop the 4 and 5 stars into all pros.
