just remember that pretty much every serial killer was born in the 50's and 60's, and they represent a small aggregate of deviant behavior that was emblematic of a generation that also had the highest rate of divorce, abortion, teen pregnancy, incarceration, violent crime, and so on.
Whatever "traditional family values" that was occurring during this period was a failed experiment. And despite the claims of many on this board, violent crime has steadily decreased since the 90s, despite a small uptick during the trump presidency.
Some of you may want to rethink the impact of living in a racist, misogynistic, and sexually repressed society has on people and families before you begrudgingly vote for whoever kisses the evangelical ring in this next election. Because that is really to root of this problem in America.

These are not DNC talking points. It is me googling which generation had the most serial killers, most abortions, most teen pregnancies, most incarcerated, and the highest divorce rate. All say Baby Boomber, yet Millennials and Gen Z are quite the opposite, and you would be surpised how many of them are pro-life.

At no point in time has a civilian captured or killed a serial killer, it just has not happened. They prey on the vulnerable and generally form a personal relationship with the person before murdering them. You are just throwing darts at a map.
