Was he invited to the combine? The combine is an invite only deal isn't it?

I was asking bc I always assumed that the combine was by invitation only, so that NFL teams could get a better look at players to see if they had the speed, the strength, and could perform well in their agility training.

I still think he is a tweener. He is a little small for edge guy but if he dropped 10lbs, I think he could be a good MLb in NFL.

Not sure he is one of the best otherwise he would be a guaranteed combine and 1st or 2nd round draft lock. We have had plenty of guys rated higher in draft terms in recent yrs. Murphy, Henry, Ferrell, Lawson, Bowers, etc. And we had guys like Beasley and Branch, both were edge guys that got moved to MLb in the NFL but had better stats than XT.

I like XT and just wish he coukd have played solid 4-5yrs instead of basically 2yrs. Some NFL will take a chance on him.
