And I think both are BIG bound. 99%sure about FSU and think Clemson follows.

That would be an outstanding addition for BIG.

The Fl. AG filing a lawsuit early Thursday a.m. has already been assigned to a court and a judge. Folks may not know but the AG can bring criminal charges against individuals or companies. If she finds ACC or ESPN or anyone representing them committed fraud or any other crime, she will criminally charge them. I am not saying anyone did commit a crime, just if she discovers one, she can bring charges.

She will get the documents she is suing for.

Once she gets the documents, etc. This case will move swiftly to settlement. Clemson case will then also settle quickly. IMHO.
