Speaking of 6 feet I still get a kick out of the occasional triple masked nut case that will nearly dive off the sidewalk into traffic when you pass by within his 6 feet of paranoia.

Plenty of nuts out there. I never fault anyone for wearing a mask or getting the vaccine. It’s their choice and I respect that. I was making fun of the few nuts that seem to panic if they pass someone on the street. It’s actually pitiful rather than funny.

I know…and I don’t lump you (specifically) into those kinds of camps…just that none of us can know what that other person who’s double masking and obviously afraid is going through…could be there are very real concerns there (will admit also some number of irrational fear out there as well).
Personally, I get a lot of looks down at the wal mart cause I’m purposely keeping my distance and masking…but I’m also the primary caretaker for my elderly dad with COPD and pulmonary fibrosis. His days are certainly numbered for sure…but I also don’t want to be the reason he gets cheated out of any of the precious time he has left…so these things do hit home for me.
