Coastal Water Warning: LB Bill is on the water again in 2024!!

for 1st time in 5 months and at 82.9 he’s even more dangerous until he relearns which way the outboard tiller handle should be turned for fast, slow & neutral.

You may see him anywhere on the ICWaterway between Beaufort, going South by Parris Island Marine Training Base, across the large & often treacherous Port Royal Sound towards northern tip of Hilton Head Island..

onto the scenic Skull Creek section of the ICW to check out a sandy beach for landing to walk or wade before heading further South to check out or eat at Hudson’s Seafood before heading a mile further to his ole stomping grounds at the HHI RV Resort Park where he use to own a lovely palm-laden water-view lot with a 5th Wheel on it for 13 yrs.

For visuals know that Billy Bulb is no longer in his beloved & stylish white 14’ Boston Whaler Rage Jet of last 23 years with that Orange PAW Flag flying on the front that Tiger Netter “Rusty Foot” gifted him..

but instead he’s in a poor mans 1959 (yes, the freaking year he graduated from high school) 14’ Skiff by Larson that’s all painted out in Jimmy Buffet tropical colors with an Orange stripe and powered by a new last year Tohatsu 15hp 4-stroker.

OK, gotta go and put the Skiff in the water at Lady’s Island Boat Landing, see if it leaks, fire up the motor first time this season with fresh marine-grade gas and relearn the tiller handle settings!
