Feeling better, a little bit, every day. Not ready to run a 10k, but getting closer. By Sunday I should have no symptoms. Thanks for your prayers.

If it is, it is a highly contagious flu. My goal is to not give it to anyone else. It's worth quarantining myself for a few days to protect others.

twice and then be told you are about dead twice to really understand COVID. If you don’t go to the ER and almost die, then you don’t have an opinion in COVID.

day, get sunlight, fresh air, get your heart rate up just a little bit. You don't want to just lay around all day, that makes it worse.

Saturday: I am virtually over it now. Not ready to run a 10K, but feeling fine.
Everybody will have their own opinion. I could have gotten the virus and had the same seriousness of it if I had never been vaccinated and never took any medication.
But, my opinion is this:
1. I am fully vaxed, including the booster. I am convinced that even though ti didn't prevent me from getting the virus it did make by symptoms milder and shorter.
2. Taking ivermectin helped me get over it much quicker than if I hadn't.
I can't prove that I'm right; but you can't prove that I'm wrong. We can disagree. I can't change your opinion, and you can't change mine.

Secret....benedryl. ONLY thing that would stop the sniffles. Made it go away. BUT, only take a couple of days......too long and it turns to a nasty sinus infection. Lessens the cough part too.
Really, learned the benedry trick with delta after literally blowing through two boxes of kleenex.
