Hunting lease??

Anyone know of any hunting land available for lease or clubs looking for additional members in the Upstate? I live in Easley and currently hunt in Pacolet so I’ve got about an hour and a half drive one way. It’s a pretty good spot but it makes for some very early mornings so I’m looking for something closer to home. I’m a good steward of the land and only looking to take 2-3 deer per year to put meat in the freezer. TIA.

My experience has been in the $10-$12 range. Depends on the size of the property and how many guys the club allows.

In the Low Country it's significantly higher. Floridians have driven up the price considerably. My brother in law was getting over $40/acre years ago and had people begging for it.

It's not even that great a spot for deer or turkey.

The club I’m in at Pacolet is a pretty good deal economically and there are plenty of deer so I guess the very early mornings and long drive are the trade off. Also on the plus side is the wild pigs haven’t invaded there yet.
