We need to send a VHS copy of the ejection vs non ejection call from the weekend to our attorneys on the FSU/ Clemson class action lawsuit against the ACC. Suppose we can prove a pattern of biased officiating over the decades, especially during the Tommy West and Tommy Bowden era's of football where the officials were holding Clemson back at the beckoning of Dean Smith and John Swofford. In that case, we can establish a monetary amount for damages that will far exceed the buyout fee.
Clemson needs to be smart about this and document its case thoroughly. I trust that our legal department is doing this by the letter as I type.
