- - - gets sued by a woman via use of this same legislation.

Clip pertains to the NY State law (the “Survivors Act”) that temporarily waived the statute of limitations so that the E.Jean Carroll suits against Trump could be filed.

Now, one of the NY State senators that bragged about his role in getting this law passed is being sued under it; he now calls the Survivor Act “unconstitutional.”
