Sponsored by the R&A has concluded the Stroke Play Portion of the Tournament . . . Savannah Grewal and Annabelle Pancake have both moved on to the Match Play Portion . . . as they both T-31st Place
However . . .
“Match Play Permutations:
Top-64 and ties go through, now that's the easy bit.
We will then have a preliminary match play round tomorrow morning to whittle the field down to the final 64 players. That is determined by how many are on that cut mark this evening.
Still with us? Those that come through the preliminary round then go into the last-64 draw to battle it out for a place in the last-32 tomorrow afternoon.”
The Early Morning Preliminary Elimination Rounds are posted in the attachment . . . I am assuming it is an 18 Hole Playoff to determine who advances . . . I am ”ALL EARS” if someone knows otherwise.
Congratulations to Savannah and Annabelle for advancing . . . these Gals seem to enjoy Match Play Opportunities!!!

Savannah’s and Annabelle’s Tee Times and Opponents are in the attachments. The last attachment shows how their opponents played the Stroke Play Portion of the Tournament. We will matchup well against both!!!

This is agony getting results every 3 holes and you can't get a scorecard with hole by hole breakdown. Guess we'll just have to refresh our frustration and hope for the best.

Yep, Annabelle will move on. Savannah has work to do. Hopefully belles closes hers out and goes over to root Savannah on... idk, maybe step on Savannah's opponents ball. Kicks it in the rough, scream during her backswing. Whatever it takes.
Not sure why I couldn't TU your post above. I have sporadic problems with TU s. Oh well, cheers will have to do. 😊

Hopefully at some point, someone will post the scorecards. Have mixed feelings now. Happy for Annabelle but got the sads for Savannah. Just wondering if Savannah ran into a buzz saw or if she just had a bad day. Her opponent was one of just a few that posted a sub par round in the two days of strokeplay.

things went south quickly for Savannah . . . will have to focus on Our Lone Survivor now.
I’m proud of them BOTH and tickled to call them an Ours!!!
FYI -
Annabelle will tee it up @ 8:30am (UK) tomorrow vs 6th Ranked, “coot” and Scottish Amateur, Hannah Darling!!!

Thanks for picking up on that skeeta. I hadn't even thought to look. That breaks my heart about Hannah... of course we have no idea if she was recruited but it looks like we could have gotten Alice to recruit for us if we did. Not sure if she had sc connections or what... but when I lived down there, my coot mates would let me know they were good.
I love ours to death and wouldn't trade them for anything. But the truth is, Hannah is rated higher than Alice was, at least coming in.
Annabelle will have her work cut out. Hopefully Savannah and belles mom will blast tigerrag during her backswing.
