Furthermore, a recent study showed that SARS-CoV-2 RNA can be reverse-transcribed and integrated into the genome of human cells. In this study, we investigated the effect of BNT162b2 on the human liver cell line Huh7 in vitro. Huh7 cells were exposed to BNT162b2, and quantitative PCR was performed on RNA extracted from the cells. We detected high levels of BNT162b2 in Huh7 cells and changes in gene expression of long interspersed nuclear element-1 (LINE-1), which is an endogenous reverse transcriptase. Immunohistochemistry using antibody binding to LINE-1 open reading frame-1 RNA-binding protein (ORFp1) on Huh7 cells treated with BNT162b2 indicated increased nucleus distribution of LINE-1. PCR on genomic DNA of Huh7 cells exposed to BNT162b2 amplified the DNA sequence unique to BNT162b2. Our results indicate a fast up-take of BNT162b2 into human liver cell line Huh7, leading to changes in LINE-1 expression and distribution. We also show that BNT162b2 mRNA is reverse transcribed intracellularly into DNA in as fast as 6 h upon BNT162b2 exposure.

Yeah yeah, I saw this study start popping up in various conspiracy platforms this week, reviving a hundreds of years old conspiracy that vaccinations permanently alter the genome, before we even knew what DNA was, conspiracists of yore were floating this idea. This study used a very particular cell line of liver cancer cells that dramatically over-express a reverse transcriptase Calle LINEs. The conclusions you, and other conspiracists, are drawing are basically from a click-bait headline, and once again, not supported by what you’re actually referencing.
But you’re going to believe what you want to believe. I’m not even remotely qualified to read this work and draw such striking conclusions from it, and I actually understand the words. But that’s the difference between people like you and me. You know everything about everything and look for materials to support your conclusions. I’m humble enough to seek and acknowledge the opinions of people who actually know what they’re talking about. It’s a different worldview entirely.

but I'd be willing to bet that there is a lot more to it than somehow reinforcing your baseless previous claims.
My first question would be why do this test on a specific kind of liver cell? That struck me as odd.
I don't how to say this without sounding like a tool, but if I don't understand a lot of that, that you likely don't either. But I'm sure all of the memes flying around on the crap info sites you frequent fully understand these findings.

My post isn't meant to belittle you or anyone. You had asked about why / when you should expect to die from taking the vaccines. The majority of people who take the vaccines don't die; although a larger % become impaired than to die, the 'impaired' subset is still in a substantial minority.
However, the Covid-19 vaccines are far more dangerous than traditional vaccines (flu, shingles measles, polio, etc.) The question is a risk vs. reward decision about taking the vaccines. These 'caution-about-taking-the-vaccine' posts are not meant to diminish you intellectually or to harm your social standing from among those family and friends who want to believe that the vaccines are "perfectly safe."
The vaccines are far from "perfectly safe."
The following info is meant to stimulate your thought process, not to show you or anyone up. This is taken from a site "The Gates of Vienna." Take some time to check it out, and then do (yes, I mean really really do) ask questions or request clarification. If you have kids or know young people, then this is especially important if they are being pushed to take the vaccine.
Short article (written in English) with video (spoken in German). The video portion is captioned, and the explanation of the graphical data is easy to understand. The summary is that deaths which occur within two weeks of getting the Covid-19 vaccinations are not counted as deaths among the vaccinated, but rather as deaths among the “unvaccinated.” There is a huge spike in deaths among the “unvaccinated (e.g., which includes people which had gotten the vaccine) that occurs shortly after the onset of major Covid-19 vaccination campaigns. Deaths Among the “Unvaccinated”

It’s become clear over the past few months that one of the key strategies for hiding the deadly adverse effects of the COVID-19 “vaccines” is the use of the official definition of “unvaccinated”. A patient who is injected with the experimental mRNA treatment is considered “unvaccinated” until fifteen days have passed since his second jab. Some of the most severe reactions to the vax — including those resulting in death — occur within two weeks, so those serious adverse effects are conveniently being recorded as occurring among the “unvaccinated”. Those who experience adverse reactions to the vax often show symptoms that resemble those of Corona, so that deaths among the recently “vaccinated” are sometimes reported as “unvaccinated patients who died of Covid”.
The following report from Germany, using graphical data from the UK, makes it quite clear what is happening. Those sudden spikes in deaths are statistical anomalies for which the only reasonable explanation is that they are the result of the jab in each given age group.
