APM's sleep problems have been figured out & solved!

Thanks to that stupid game satdee night, APM figured it out - it was just because we "fell back" with the clocks. Going back to Standard Time messed with APM's internal clock but since every day looks the same in the sh*tshow that is 2020, APM didn't recognize the change. Same with springing forward. Since there were none of the usual rhythms to mark the difference (in-person church, school, a normal work schedule), APM didn't really notice it.

So thanks to the ND game, APM stayed up way past his usual bed time. Slept late-ish Sunday. Then it occurred to APM, we had changed the clocks and he'd been going to bed too early. Stayed up last night and watched The Queen's Gambit (good!) on Netlfix and the Bobby Keys doc (OK) on Amazon and went to bed a little after 10:00. Slept straight thru 'til the alarm went off dis mawn.

More than one drink and my sleep is wrecked. Not worth it.

Good sleep, OTOH, makes everything better.

If you only do it sporadically, your body can't handle it. You have to get on a scheduled regimen if you want to get the biggest benefit from the alcohol, you know.
