political strategy, at least. I think a majority of Americans give Dr. Fauci more credibility on the subject of the COVID-19 than the President. Maybe he's not concerned about the political ramifications, which I suppose can be viewed admirably.

We're closer to herd immunity than they are. 4 times closer, or more locally. Their highest saturation of confirmed cases (regionally) is 1600 per 100K. 40 of the 50 US states are higher. Louisiana was #1 in the US at 3.8%, but North Dakota has jumped to 4.2%. The top states with the most covid cases per 100K are...
North Dakota, Louisiana, South Dakota, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Iowa, Arkansas, Tennessee, Georgia.....shall I keep rattling off GOP states? I mean if you're on the herd immunity bandwagon, no one on Earth, aside from Bahrain, is doing it better than the Republican L.
14 European countries are closer to herd immunity than Sweden.
Now you can go figure that out why if you like. It isn't rocket science.

Of blind, Dear Leader worship than the attacks on Fauci. Here's a man just trying to work to save Americans' lives, and he's sometimes publicly disagreed with a president who:
1. Pushed bad information about the virus from the start.
2. Emphasized it was a hoax.
3. Has continued to downplay it and spin it, thus putting lives at danger (especially at his rallies).
4. Admitted in an interview with Woodward that he actually knew how bad it was all along--thus actually agreeing with Fauci.
And people like you cheer it on and love it. This is one of the saddest examples of just blindly following an idiot politician because of the cult of personality.
