Students on Campus

What percentage of the student body is actually on campus this fall? It seems like whenever I looks at the campus webcams online I only see a handful of people.

All have paid to be on campus because they were supposed to have most of their classes in person. For freshman on campus, that number is almost 100% on line classes. Therefore many students have went home (even though they have paid to live and eat on campus). The students are getting scr#@ed. This has got to change or parents will stop paying for the on campus living. Why waste the money?

I think most students live off-campus anyway. CU just does

not have the beds it used to. Look at what replaced Johnstone. Not near the capacity. C-house gone too. The off-campus living options has flat exploded. Problem: leases that they probably can't get out of. Wonder what the vacancy rate is with the start of the new year.

My daughter and many of her dorm mates are usually there. They have mostly hybrid classes. Mix of online and classroom. Of course, daughter tested positive for the Wuhan bat virus and decided to isolate at home instead of on campus. She goes back Tuesday.
